- Crossroads Helpline was born in March 2011 with a simple yet powerful vision: To provide reliable and efficient roadside assistance to vehicle owners. Starting as an offline service in Delhi, our founder, Mr. Harish, laid the foundation for a brand that would soon transform the roadside assistance landscape in India.
- Over the years: Our commitment to quality service has helped us expand operations to 12 cities, serving over 1.8 lakh satisfied customers. By forging strategic partnerships with automobile OEMs and component manufacturers, we’ve built a robust foundation to serve both B2B and B2C segments.

MAR 2011 Started
Started as an offline Road-side Assistance provider in Delhi
2011-2014
Mr. Harish started the business with a vision to grow it into one of the largest Road-side assistance provider brands in India
Grew B2C operations in 12 cities & user base to over 1.8 lakh customers
Established key business tie-ups with the Auto OEMs and components manufacturers
2015
Raised INR 7 Cr. from Sixth Sense Ventures
Built strong and experienced management team. Shifted to a Hybrid model (Online cum Offline model) recognizing the change in consumer behavior. Started developing the required tech infrastructure both front end & back end to support the new hybrid business model.
With the tech platform, shifted to hybrid business model catering to 'On-Demand Road Side Assistance' service requirement on both subscription and pay-per-use models.
Smell maps across 29 cities catering to various B2B & B2C customers.
Developed key strategic and business tie-ups with New age Tech companies, State Governments, Insurance companies, etc.
Single platform for all car needs: RSA, Service, Garage network, Insurance, auto service deals n offers, Service Auction, garage locator.
2016
FEB 2016
Developed integrated interactive marketplace platform (App/WebApp) – Providing consumers an easier way to access the services provided. Developed the Back-end ERP system connecting & integrating all the garage network onto a single platform enabling more monetization avenues and real-time updates.
MARCH 2016
Launched towing & other repair-related services through its network. Acquired MeriCar to scale up the garage network pan India. Over 12,000 third-party service partners & over 5 Crossroads Branded Garage networks across India.
